Where available, include:

• product name and intended use;
• manufacturer and country of origin;
• model, article or part number;
• technical specifications, composition, catalog or photographs;
• draft commercial invoice and packing list;
• existing EAC certificates, declarations, permits or test reports;
• current product and packaging labels;
• seller, buyer and proposed Russian importer;
• pickup and delivery locations;
• package count, weight and dimensions;
• Incoterms and planned shipment date;
• any special transport or handling requirements.

If the complete file is not ready, send what you have and explain which information is still being prepared.

What Happens Next
