• model, article or SKU list;
• composition, materials or specifications;
• existing certificates, declarations and test reports;
• current product and packaging labels;
• draft commercial invoice and packing list;
• seller, buyer and proposed Russian importer;
• pickup location and delivery point;
• number of packages, net and gross weight and dimensions;
• Incoterms and planned shipment date;
• dangerous-goods, temperature-control or other handling information.
