The user authorizes the Operator to perform the following actions:

  • accumulation;
  • storage;
  • clarification and updating;
  • retrieval;
  • use;
  • granting access to authorized employees and engaged specialists;
  • transfer to persons processing data on behalf of the Operator;
  • blocking;
  • deletion;
  • destruction.

Processing may be carried out using automated means and without the use of automated means.

5. Who May Participate in Processing

The Operator may entrust data processing to organizations and specialists that provide:

  • website hosting and technical support;
  • corporate email services;
  • storage of inquiries and attached files;
  • CRM or another record-keeping system;
  • information security;
  • technical maintenance of the systems used.

Such persons receive access only to the extent necessary to perform the relevant task and are required to maintain confidentiality and comply with personal-data protection requirements.

Data is not transferred to an indefinite group of persons, is not published, and is not sold.

6. Attached Documents and Data of Other Persons

6.1. The user may attach commercial proposals, specifications, invoices, agreements, technical descriptions, and other materials required for a preliminary review of the task.

6.2. The user is requested to provide only information relevant to the inquiry and, where possible, to remove excessive personal data from documents.

6.3. If attached materials contain personal data of other persons, the user confirms that there is a lawful basis for providing such data to the Operator for the purpose of reviewing the inquiry.

6.4. Received documents are used only to review the inquiry, prepare a response, and perform subsequent work on the agreed task.

7. Duration of Consent and Data Retention

7.1. This consent is effective from the date the user clicks the “Submit” button until the processing purposes have been achieved or until the user withdraws consent.

7.2. If the inquiry does not result in the conclusion of an agreement, data is generally retained for no longer than 12 months from the date of the last substantive interaction with the user.

7.3. If an agreement is concluded as a result of the inquiry or another lawful basis for processing arises, data may be retained for the periods necessary to perform the agreement and comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.4. A technical record confirming receipt of consent may be retained for the period necessary to demonstrate the lawfulness of processing, but for no longer than three years after the relevant processing has ended, unless another period is established by law.

8. How to Withdraw Consent

8.1. The user may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request:

8.3. The request should preferably include:

  • name;
  • the contact email address or telephone number used when submitting the form;
  • the date or approximate time of the inquiry;
  • a request to stop processing and delete the data.

8.4. After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and, if retention of the data is no longer required, destroys it within no more than 30 days.

8.5. The Operator may continue processing without consent only where a legal basis expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation exists, for example for performance of an agreement, compliance with a statutory obligation, or protection of lawful rights.

8.6. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received.
